Can anybody help the average guy with his plant!!!!!!!

Ok i was given 8 supposed (jamaican Kush) plants from a lady i know im down to my last one i have two lights not sure about the watts i water it regularyl an fed it once or twice but it seem to be growing up and not outwards i've tried topping it what ta do next a little help

That little thing is just a seedling, way too early for nutrients or any topping. Let it grow a good week or two before messing with it any more. What you're doing by feeding it now is like trying to give a week old human baby a huge steak and expect it to be bigger and stronger the next day. Let that plant grow a bit, gain some strength before you perform any more surgeries or try to force any supplements on it.

What kind of lights are they? I know you don't know the wattage, but are you using bulbs that are specifically designed for plant growth? A standard light bulb won't work because it doesn't put out the right spectrums of light, but you can pick up a CFL in the right spectrum range for plants at walmart for less then $20.

Have to agree with LED on the rest- your girl is way too young to need much in the way of nutrients, and shouldn't need all that much water either. Just give her light for at least 18 hours a day and make sure the soil stays slightly moist but not wet. Give her some time to grow and use that time to do some reading on this site and other places on the net so that you know what she's going to need to stay healthy and happy once you've got her growing good.

i agree with the rest about the early use of nutrients being the problem. at this stage the plant has everything it needs to grow except light and water stored in the cotyledons

if your using CFL bulbs theyre probably too far from the plant. i can tell because its stretchy

the tinfoil wont help you. you can get emergency blankets at walmart for $3 that are made out of mylar. if you want to play it cheaper flat white paint or computer paper would be a better reflector than tinfoil
