Can anyone be sure of what this is?

It's already water logged, and not drinking. If you flush and get the plant drinking again, you may still be able to avoid rotting the stem and the rest of the roots.

You say the pots are saturated, but this looks like the result of letting a plant get wayyyy to dry.
Im no expert in diagnosis tho so just my $.02
They are not drinking so they are dry.
Oversatarated soil can suffocate the roots and they can't uptake water.
Ph shock can cause lock out.
Nute burn can cause lock out.
A heavy flush can extra air circulation to dry out the pot is about all that can be done this late.

I think your organic soil is to dense and to rich
Cut it with a bit of aeration on your next grow.
25-50% perlite is the cheap route.

Yeah it just doesn't look like the typical lockout, to me anyways.
But i try to avoid locking out my plants.

Looks as if the plant is suffocating and leaves are just dying.

Ive seen similar symptoms on some of my plants, but only when i miss watering by a day or 2, i have never overwatered my plants so idk what would come of that.
