Can anyone explain different spectrums and diode power?

I'm buying American next (vipar fanboy).

I thought I understood LED's, but this threw me off.

Spectrum has nothing to do with the power rating. Exactly what are you unclear on? And what driver is this using?

Vipar is a Chinese company.

My bad, this was an hlg (left) compared to a electric sky (right). I don't get what the difference is in the led type and the spectrum as described in the picture.

Their isnt really much difference.
All light manufacturers claim to have the perfect spectrum, but if it grows a plant.....?

There's different spectrums. Blue is better for veg if you like tight nodes. Red for flower. But most LED's are like 3500k. In the middle kinda.

I have had pretty good luck with colored lights back when they were the norm.
My white only did fine, as well as the diablo i have now.

Heavy in the blue is good for lettuce i hear

The wideband spectrum means that the Electric Sky uses special diodes that output multiple colors at once, rather than just one color each.

The -i plurals tend to go with gender masculinum ( singular is -us) while the neutrum take -um in the singular and -a in the plural.

Spectrums is correct too.

Are you able to dial in the electric skies to different spectrums ie. More blue for veg & more red for flower?
