can anyone provide me some expert feedback for my first grow op?

i have lots of reg seeds i was gonna wait for spring but could i start germination today and grow the reg during the winter? i live in the midwest, but i think if it flowers before cold temps set in then the plants could grow. any feedback on this? also what kind of insecticide should i use and how often/how much should i water the plants?

1.not going to work in winter
2.cold makes them grow SLOW
3.people here like neem or azamax and BT once a week or two... read label
4.when they need it...(no one can tell you a correct answer)
5.good luck

I am pretty sure most of the midwest will be covered in snow in 2 months. Aka the avg flowering cycle. Don't waste your time.

Growing in Winter? In the Midwest? That's just nuts. Wait a few months. You can sprout them in March.

Yea man I am with the rest of em that vote you to wait it out. The snow will be gone soon enough.
