Can anyone tell me what is wrong here?

Is there a deficiency in this plant or am a i paranoid?

what is your watering schedule like, and are you PH the water to 6.0 -6.5? Yellow can be from Nitrogen difficency are you feeding it yet?

No deficiency...you are either overwatering in prenuted soil, or you are overfeeding in general..so if you are giving nutes, stop...and if you aren't giving nutes check the pH of your water, and then use the water less often...only when the pot gets really really light...it is easy to tell the difference between needs water and doesn't if you just try to lift it up....I find if I can lift it with one hand it needs water...

What is that soil mix?

No nutes yet in 2 gallon pots water every 5 to 7 days once a inch give or take is dry im using organic soil with around 30% perlite
