Can cold weather hurt my girls?

Recently getting cold where I am - (upper 30's lower 40's)
Plants are not quite done and the forecast calls for rain, no sun, and colder temps.
I'm tempted to take them today... tricombs are opaque, but none are amber. They look
gorgeous.
Any advice on the cold snap?

Cannabis can handle a light frost, but heavy ones are going to kill it. Rain isn't going to help either. If it's going to be a lengthy rainy period and your humidity is high, that's going to make bud rot a concern. I just caught two small patches on mine, and removed it and harvested those two stalks early, hopefully the rest of the plant will make it to full potential. That's another option, you can harvest some of the plant now and take the risk with what you don't harvest early.

Can you take them in when it's cold and wet then put them back out when drier and warmer? If so that's what I'd do.

Thanks for the response ... I knew nothing about bud rot. My tops looked a little blueish this morning...whatever that means. I'll do some selective harvesting, and see if I can squeeze a few more days out of them.
