Can flowering "stall" at the end of flowering?

I have a bag seed under a 250 that the temps can get up to 90 and it seems like the flowering stage stalled. All the fan leaves are dead and it seems like the tricomes aren't progressing. It has been flowering for 3 months maybe. The tricomes are a little cloudy but there aren't any amber ones. Any idea guys?

are you checking your trichs under a 250 hps? some say that can make a difference on how the trichs look, but i always look at them under the hps and can tell

Yea I check them on the plant under the light. I'll yank a bud off and check.

you can also just clip off a few sugar leaves instead of a whole bud

yea there are barely cloudy even but the plant looks really beat. All the leaves are brown and crunchy. The buds are still green and the hairs are red.
