Can I converte Buds to a concentrate for more potency?

I have purchased over 2 oz's of "high grade 27.1 + THC" from different MJ disps in Ca. & Nv. Only to find that it does not meet my standard's. Just wondering if it can be converted to a concertrate of some type that will increase the potency?

I don't thing making the buds into concentrate will make it anymore potent
just more concentrated so you won't have to smoke as much compared
to the buds to get high? But then again the concentrate won't last you as long as the buds?

LOL!! Weed with a THC content of 27.1 and it doesn't meet your standards??!! WTF bro?? Pack that shit up tight and send it to me. If it's legitimately that high in THC and it ain't working for you, you have two choices. One, stop smoking for a while, or two, try smoking some Angel Dust. LMAO!!

I really don't think it is 27% THC! That seems to be the problem with alot of disps, their selling @#$# in my opinion. I'm from Hawaii so while I may be accustomed to better product, I've had No. Ca. smoke that was great, just havn't found it here since I retired.
