can i get a card?

hello, this past winter i fell out of a loft in a house under construction and fell 8 feet hitting a latter on the way down with my head, suffering head trauma. i went to the er and this is all documented. now i have pain in my back and neck. could i get a card?

Not if you have a qualifying condition that has been previously documented and a compassionate Doctor. I obtained my card recently for chronic persistent pain. My injuries and chronic conditions were well documented so I had no problem once I found a compassionate prescribing physician. I went to 11th state consultations. The wait for my appointment was 6 weeks and then another 5 for the DOH process. I wish you well 400watts Good Luck

Did you already ask your General Practioner? Most family Dr's are more apt to signing the reccomendations now in RI... SOunds like your reason is valid

If you have chronic pain or nausea associated with your condition and the doctor agrees that it is in your best interest. then yes you may qualify! Call 11th state consultations they will guide you through the process and set up an appointment date for you if they believe you qualify. They do a phone interview first. thanks for the info. its for a a buddy that almost died from it. it got into his brain and he was in bad shape for a little bit, but is some what better now. he wants someone like myself to help him out with it so i figured i would find out.
