Can i grow with one of these?

400 Watt HPS Osram Plantaster Plant Light Bulb its just a 400w HPS bulb. Do i need a special HPS setup or can i just screw this baby into any light socket? Thanks!

No it wont just screw in and work without the correct ballast.

No you cant just screw a bulb into a normal socket
