Can i make a all purpose mix for whole my veg cycle?

So i got the flora tripart and i was wondering if i could use a all purpose mix for whole the veg cycle

i was thinking 0,5ml/L of each
And then double it each week through whole my veg cycle

i wanna make it as simple as possible
And prevent any problems and confusion

No, some of the nutrients will precipitate if they are mixed in too high concentrates.
There are some 1-part fertilizers available though. As for Terra Aquatica products, there are MaxiBloom and MaxiGro.
They are decent for 1-part fertilizer though they have some citric acid in them, which will swing the pH up quite a bit after day or two.
So with them I'd suggest aim for the very low end of pH and check the level in a day or two.
