Can I top this now?

I'm not even sure if i want to top it...... Does it increase yield? I'll probably top this 1 and let my other 1 grow naturally, but is it ready to be topped?

let it get a few more sets of leaves first.. then top. It will make the plant bushier and have more bud sites when you do the topping.

i would wait a little longer, and if you top one top both, so you can keep the canopy level easier.

Ah and while this is open, when should i transplant my other into it's finishing pot? It's about 21 days above soil, and does it need nutes? Or is it being burnt from this bad soil i bought.

I'd say it needs some food.. It could probably fill out that cup better if it got some food.. Alternatively, you could transplant into good soil and take care of it that way..

i would say top a plant when at least a 1foot tall and yes it should increase your yield

I generally wait until it has 7 nodes and top at 5 so I can root the top of it.

For your first set of pics, i would wait for the 3rd set of true leaves before topping. This will cause more nodes and budsites. FIM technique is my favorite. As for your white widow, it looks like you need some nitrogen.

lol i already topped it, i just posted those pics earlier because that's the plant at the beginning of the thread i was asking to be topped. And white widow o.o I didn't know i had such a thing!
