I really think you should check out my current grow in sig.
Used the same food your talkin about during my vegg cycle. 24-8-16
It does say water soluble on the box right?
If you got that kind, then yes, it will work with hydro.
I used only perlite as the medium.
I'm also using the Miracle grow bloom booster: 15-30-15 for flower cycle
and am getting some frosty ass buds.

I use this method
the seed is germinated in a paper towel, then inserted root down, into a rapid rooter, or some other garden start plug, then fill the net basket with the pellets. The tip of the starter plug is touching the basket bottom. I keep the water level high until the roots grow into the water. called DWC without tubes

hope this helps

If you have the hydro setup I would throw em in that and get some practice!
For the feeding, only feed water until you see 2 or 3 sets of leaf tiers. These are called nodes.
The way I did it was to let it grow until I saw some barely yellowing of the leafs.
Then feed at 1/8th strength with the miracle grow. Which means only 1 of the small scoops per 4 to 6 gallons in the res.
PER WEEK! not everytime you water, which is a major thing I was confused on.
After a week or two of this feeding schedule you can up the dose to 1/4 strength.
After a month of veg youll know if your plant can take more. I think sometime around the month mark
is when I was feeding 1 small scoop per gallon.
You'll eventually learn your plants and able to even add more than that.
If you have a PPM meter I'm sure you'll be able to get it to an exact dose but
I have grown this whole grow without a PPM meter, and didn't get a PH tester till after a month or so of vegging.

Some people don't have access to FF, BC, GH, flora, or ANY nutes made for hydro.
Gotta make due. Plus Miracle Grow isn't bad if used properly.

i am so confused right now is bubbleponics when a resvoir is filled up to almost brim of container but about a couple inches or so or watever fits plants roots and oxygen pumped into it through air pump to oxygenate it with water or nuets (optinoal) cuz thats what i did with a 1 gallon jug with black tape around it to prevent root rot with one cfl for it about 3 inches same with my other sproutlings and a mid seed i found yesterday on the ground was good and now has sprouted

I have a DWC and started 3 sprouts using MG, added 2, 3 week olds that was using GH they seem to be adjusting good, I started 1/2 tsp per gallon PPM was around 550, (ph high 6.2 not bad working on that)I added a gallon w/ full tsp. ppm jumped to 800+ which I think is good. gonna get MG Bloom today!! they're all n flower. What's reccomend PPM? anything under 1100 ppm? 5.56.5 ph.. ?? Tanks and I believe MG will do a great cola!!
