The key words in that Law text are 'overthrow or destroy'- we can remove and hold them accountable. How about their 'overthrowing' Usurping the rights and/or power of we, the people?

No body in their right mind seeks to over throw this country. We have the best constitution mankind has ever seen. They- our public servants are the ones most guilty in the text.

It's actually the media that's promoting the Global warming/climate change business development.

When you do the work that a Journalist should have done you see that we are in a natural cycle at this moment. CJ is more right than wrong. He has the facts that the delevopers of the new Cap and Trade bill (industry) would rather have you NOT know.
They want everybody believeing that this 'global warming/climate change is man caused! When all the evidence says it's the sun putting off more energy in it's natural cycle.
