Can plant die from CO2 deficiency?

I have a lot of plants in almoust air tight room, without any airflow (tomorrow will be installing plenty of small fans). 80% of plants are looking OK, but some of them are almost deficiencies, same ph same ppm in every pot... Could it be because of CO2?

Yes, but I would think you would need to make a great effort to kill them this way. Check your roots closely if they are well fed and have defincincy

Its what makes up most of a plants dry tissue. I don't know if it would look deficient or not, but you probably don't wanna leave it that way long. You can't leave a door or something cracked open a bit? Fans themselves aren't gonna do anything to create CO2, unless stand behind them breathing heavy.

Plants need co2 to grow.

It would be the equivalent to putting a plastic bag over your head and tightening it down and telling you good luck
