Can someone Help me identify this plant?

So i just got this plant from my friend, it started outside, if I didn't take it, it would have been pulled up and destroyed. Now I couldnt have let that happen, so she or i think SHE, is added to the family. Sorry the pics where taken with a Low pixel camera.

i believe this is indeed a marijuana plant

So no one knows if its male or female? i mean i do belive indeed it is female, but what about you experienced peeps?!

I think ima veg it with the others untill i see a sign of sex? If male, it goes bye bye into the blender , if female.....^_^ well then we all know what happens!
