Can someone help me identify this problem

My plants have looked good until today some of this going on I followed the bottle and foliar feed them bloom chaos but now I'm starting to find people say to do half of what the bottle says so if the cause from too much foliar feed?

You OD'd the plant

I washed the leaves off with straight water hopefully they will bounce back

Why would a company suggest a doseage when it burns people's plants I'm over nectar of the gods
