Can someone please diagnose what is likely going on with this OG?

This is a 3 week old Dinafem OG Kush. It is currently in a 1gallon pot of sta-green potting mix and perlite. This was the 1st week it was given nutrients (at about 1/2 strength) (Big Bloom, Grow Big, Cal/Mag, & silica blast) Ph of water and feeding has been between 6.5 and 7.0. (Not sure what the Ph of runoff is at the moment) Plant was originally started under four 100w cfls (daylight) and at transplant, was put under eight 100w cfls, which it is currently under, with the lights about 3" above tops. Lights are running 24/7. Temps have been around 77degrees and about 47% humidity, give or take.
Anyway, I'm hoping someone can diagnose and give me a little insight on why this plant is turning grey/dark green leaves with the tips yellowing and even turning slightly whiteish. The leaves have the problem throughout the entire plant.

You have nitrogen deficiency. In my case always the first thing to pop up on a young plant. I try to get ahead of it by giving my plants stuff called Mighty Growth Enhancer,11-0-0, at low dosage 100 ppm or less even b4 first neut. watering and continue after starting veg neuts. Watch closely you can see it on very first leaves it affects. Bad news is these leaves are prob. lost, at least they never recovered 4 me.
