I'm going out on a limb here but to me pic # 7 looks like it could be spider mite damage. Pic # 24 also suggests to me that it could be spider mites as well. Get yourself a good jewelers loupe at least 60x and have a look. The plants might be slightly defecient in iron/nitrogen.. Hydro is over my head as I'm a indoor soil grower. my guess, since you have so many different things going on is double and triple check your pH.. looks like you may have some pH drift causing various lockouts..
