Can tap water be burning my leaves?

hey guys, im currently growing purple kush, white widow and hindu skunk. Im having a slight problem though, The bottom leaf of purple kush is starting to turn yellow curle up and die, and all the other leaves have a tiny bit of yellow at at the tips. Is this A bad thing? a deficiency? or is chlorine burning my plants? I havent gave nutes yet, just living off bio terra plus soil, earthworm castings and water.

i boil water sometimes if i cant wait the 24 hours but u want to evaporate the chlorine in the water before use or it builds up in ure soil medium,.,.,i would say flush with purified water out a botle or sumn,.,.and from here on out let water sit out for a day and al wil1 be fine,.,.,wat soil are u using?

Yea let your water sit out for like 24 hours to get chlorine out
