So this little auto sprouted but I had to manually take off the shell. I might not have planted deep enough :/ But as you can see she only has one cotyledon leaf. Can she still grow alright or should it been throw out? Thank you

What kind of soil are they in? The very tips of the leaves look like they are curling down and kinda yellow. The curling down could be slight over watering(just back off a little bit) and the yellow could be from nutrients if they are in a hot mix. Tell us a little more about what you have going on. What kind of soil, light, temps, humidity, ph of water, how often you water, etc. If you share this info maybe someone can assit you further and make sure your on the right track.

They are definitely worth saving. I don't even know if saving is the right word. They should be fine if your environement is ok and you don't love them to death or overwater/feed/

Haha thanks guys. It's in fox farm ocean forest soil. T5 HO 110 watts with some cfls. I currently have a power flower vegging in the same tent. This baby is a Northern Light auto. And it's only my second grow so I really wasn't sure what to think. The soil is mixed with a little potting seedling soil mix(just a little) and perlite at about 30%. And she rests in a 3 gallon container. I'm probably did over water a bit.

IMO once a seedling has been nurtured to a certain point it will go into rapid growth at the point at which it has developed enough rootmass "like" every other mj plant. I had two in a row with out all their baby leaves. Because of this a gave them the regular light mix of fertilizer in the res.
