hmm...I've never been to america but from what various people on here have said about customs and ordering seeds from abroard I'd assume its not that "right" in terms of the law...

Shit if the question is weather or not it's legal to grow or even have seeds here in the u.s. then hell no it isn't legal! Unless of corse ur a medical grower, some states do allow a certain number of plants, but not mine. Oh no, not my state..... I went to jail for having seeds and stems in my ashtray, did 9 months on that one

my cousin got pulled over last night-was being followed by 2 DT's in an undercover taxi and of course they were smokin in the car and they prob smelled it.
they got him out of the car and they searched it and found:
1 pipe
1 bowl
tons of blunt wrappers
2-20 bags of weed
50 oxycodone-he has script for them
25 valium-has script for them
also told them he had prior arrest for MJ
they made him dump the 2 sacs and threw his pills, bowl and pipe back in the car and told him to beat it. they didnt even find the other weed in the car.
