Great! The initial membership fee is $1000.00, with $100.00 monthly dues. ( 2500 and 250 for the Platinum membership) I'll PM you with payment information
Hmmm, I only have $25000, might be a problem. We'll work it out in the PM tho, no need to clog up this thread any further

I guess I should have specified.. lol..

My room is 8x8..... divided in half.... so 4x8. And I'm using as much room as is allowed by the top space canopy of my 4 foot 8 bulb t5..

So this brings us to 4x2 !!
5 plants in a 4x2 space.... half a pound.
This was with autos in soil, so I figure good genetics in my hydroponics system should preform better.

I've got clones going now and my cycle is started.. after I dial everything in, on a 3 week cycle, I don't think it will be hard to achieve half to 3/4 pound every three weeks.. once i find the right genetics.
that's pretty close close to your 3 pounds every 8 weeks... AT A FRACTION OF THE PRICE lol

I'm not saying that your lights aren't badass man don't get me wrong, I like fancy things.. I drive amgs..
I'm just saying I'm not willing to spend that much money at the moment, when I can preform close 3/4 for half the price...
I know I won't change your mind, but I'll post some pics of in about 2 months of results!
Do the same! We've got about the same sized room the main difference will be high dollar leds compared to cheapo crap Chinese ones!
It would be interesting to say the least :)
From the info I've gathered most people achieve much more than 1 gram per watt with leds. I've seen up to 1.75 grams per watt. 1 gram per watt will be cake for me now that I see how these new leds are performing. So that puts me around 1600 grams every 8 weeks. Now I can do a perpetual harvest where I fill half my flower space then 4 weeks later fill the other half and now I'm pulling 2lbs minimal every 4 weeks. I'd spend 1700$ all day long to harvest 2 lbs at least every 4 weeks. I bet once I really dial my new strains in I could possibly get up to 6lbs. Possibly at 1.5 grams per watt. I'm challenging myself. It's definitely doable in my eyes with the right strains and growing techniques

So with your setup dialed in and the right strains you will achieve a maximum of 2 lbs every 8 weeks and my setup could give me a maximum of 6 lbs every 8 wks. I'm thinking money well spent. Just my .02

Haha it was man, I was using a camper a couple years back with less than par ventilation, electric, cooling, you get it...

T5s were the best option for me at the time
So your t5s are 4x8. Damn!!

Don't get me wrong t5s are good lights. I use to use a 2x4 high output high bay t5 for vegging. You're using a 4x8 t5?? I'm an electrician and I didn't know that size of fixture even existed. Hell now I have 3 ho t5 fixtures just collecting dust as well as a magnum xxxl hood that's not being used and never will again thanx to my new setup. My ladies vegged good under my t5s but now under my leds it's game over!!

No, I wish though that could be cool! Lol but half my room is 4x8 and the t5 barely fits side to side (4 foot) and I believe they are 2 feet wide. That's where I got the 4x2 number.. they are 4 foot 8 bulbs.
I've used them for about 5 grows so far and just finally had the first bulb burn out the other day lol.. I definately think they are a little dimmer than day 1..new bulbs are a plan for the near future

It appears that these new Quantum Boards that are jussssst starting to emerge on the scene might be something for you to consider. They can be made to be extremely low-profile and can disperse the light well at a closer range.
Northern Grow Lights is the place to ask about them....and Johnson Grow lIghts, too - I think.

-2 cents
I'm reading about those now and they seem to be a good solution to my room.
I'd like to build my lights after working with electronics for 25 plus years
and have a metal shop at my disposal and I see these boards arent plug and play.
A bit pricey @ $75 a piece and not many results yet.
Good info
Thanks
