Can you help me build a super soil?

I'm looking to build a solid that has alot of its own nutrients in it. I have several months before I start which I imaging is a good thing because super soil from scratch needs time to 'cook'.

I have,

FFOF
ProMix Myco
Bloodmeal
Dolomitic Lime
Bonemeal

I feel I'm missing key ingredients like sand, vermiculite, perlite and manure.

Does Happy Frog need to be in the mix? What about basic store bought topsoil?

Everything in the final recipe will be blended in a new cement mixer and put into 5 gal pails, sealed and left to cook for a month or more.

Do I need to water the end result till run off before sealing? Should I add actual worms? Nematodes?

Links to other recipes are welcome and so are comments and critiques.

I'd like this to be a group project with alot of input from more experienced people. (@doublejj and @rollitup I'm hoping you'll chime in)

If the mix works on a small scale, I would like to scale it up to doublejj levels for the farm grow...as much as 4 plants in a 30'x50' area will allow.

I think a good soil medium will be a great start for plants.

Help me out?

OK Man, I'll chime in.

I stopped using Fox Farms Ocean Forest years ago, and instead use their Happy Frog.

Ocean Forest is a coir-based mix, and Happy Frog is a peat-based mix. Also Happy Frog contains mycorrhizae and worm castings.

I also add a good amount of coarse perlite, and some live worm castings and dolomite lime.

However, I feed my plants regularly, so I'm not going for a soil that will provide nutes throughout the grow.

I would swap the FFOF for plain peat moss, and add equal parts peat, perlite, and compost/ewc. If you stick with FFOF then just use little less perlite and compost since it has some already.. Then look into something like the Down To Earth products. I used the Vegan Mix but they have others. I forget exact ratio but like 1/2 cup per gallon of soil. it will have extra food and some other base minerals Greensand langbenite etc. I am sure there are some other brands too. Maybe also add some trace minerals like Sea90 (sic?). Im sure you can get more detailed this is just off top of my head.

I made a batch of supersoil but just used a bale of sphagnum peat moss as my base. It came out awesome but after doing the math including my labor I just said eff it and just bought a bunch of bags from buildasoil.
