Can you nute burn with organic ferts?

I've got these organic ferts in a bottle which say 100% organic

I'm still curious about the question. Can i nute burn with these?

Also, if i use worm castings in my soil, would this be much better than chemical ferts or will the chemical ferts kill the micro organisms?

I'm also wondering whether those ferts will contain all the required trace elements... It doesn't say so on the bottle

You can burn with any fertilizer be it chemical or organic. I have never used liquid guano, but I use the regular stuff in teas.
