So I ordered from: http://canadianhempco.com/index.php?main_page=index

This was before I did a lot of research, I just bought them quickly because of the price. I see posts saying they are a scam but I actually did receive seeds that look healthy and fresh. I have not tried to germ them yet though. They were shipped to me within a week with decent stealth, inside of a row of corrugated plastic within two envelopes with the strain that i bought written on the plastic. Whats up with that? Has anyone else received good looking seeds from them?
Oh yeah, and I used paypal.

What kind of customs would they pass through from Canada? It seems like Chicago is confiscating most seeds shipped from Europe.

TGA seeds banned canadianhempco. Stick with distributors that ship in breeders packs. GTA, BCBD, Jordan of the islands, Hemp depot, Dr. greenthumb have all been good for me, legit and prompt.

Canada customs don't care about outgoing, its U.S. customs grabbin your stuff. As if the NSA doesn't know where the package is coming from? I would imagine every shipment from holland is recorded, even if they let seeds go through, they know where you and every other seedbuyer lives, in the entire world. Sucks to be so free these days.

yes, back in the day when i was a fresh off of the vine newb, i ordered from canadian hemp depot as well.. i did receive some beans, i will have to say that, although i've never attempted to germ them as shortly after ordering from them, i read all of the bad reviews.. i know, i know, a day late, and a dollar short...

just some red flags about this place.. if you notice, they have strains in stock that no order bank has had in stock for years and years, red flag number 1..
red flag number 2.. they have beans in stock for many clone only strains.. umm, hello, they're clone only for a reason, lol... yeah, yeah, yeah, i was young and niave and thought i could simply get green crack seeds from this place, what can i say, lol.. :(

anyhoo's, many breeders also warn of canadian hemp place being a rip off site.. i think dr greenthumbs even put out a warning that they don't carry his gear, only his site does, and i know of a few other breeders who have done something similar..
so, in summary, stay far, far, far, far, far away from this spot... save your money as there are surely many more legit places to get what you want.. :D

IDK about all that either but in light of recent revelations, it surely is not out of the question. All they have to do is order themselves and watch the tracking etc. easy pie. Anyhow, its a risk everyone takes, and hopefully the 'powers that be' don't go wild on its own citizens. I would be ready to move if I ever got a customs warning letter, but that's paranoid little me. I've been 'hiding' for decades, just like they trained me to do.....*shiver*.

lol, it's all good.. a few years ago, i made an order from one seeedbank, and after about a month or so of not getting anything, i emailed said breeder and told him i have yet to get my beans after a month..
he asked no questions and simply reshipped them to me.. about a week later on the dot, i got my package in the mail.. the very next day, went to get the mail, and saw another package from said breeder.. back then he used to use packaging that would stick out if you knew it.. anyhoo's, went to open it and saw it had been stapled back shut, and my heart sunk... after opening it, i found in place of my beans, a lovely letter saying i had been a bad, bad boy and someone tried to ship me contraband..
so, in my reasoning, i don't think i'd ever have received the first package of beans the day before i got the letter, nor any of the many other orders i've since made to the same addy in the following years..

Encouraging report, I guess mj seed shipments are subject to political whims, like anything else. Hopefully there is just too many customers out there now and its kind of a losing battle to hassle everyone. Looks like Chicago customs needs to chill, or they are building up their own seed collection.

Peakseedsbc owned by a Canadian breeder, this dude is awesome and very honest. He only sells a few strains, but the quality is AAA!!! I now send him cash because of the awesome freebies not listed on his site. Last order was for one strain and I got three for $40US. He has a 4 1/2 star reputation, I can't say enough good things about him Med-Man brand is another fine breeder that's very generous with freebies. http://med-man-brand.com/product/seeds/

Update from the north, I was remiss about customs here in Canada when it comes to mj seeds. Sale and trade is legal BUT it is illegal to import any NON approved, Non-inspected agrcultural product or plant matter S, if Agriculture Canada is on the job , they get the incinerator.
