CANNABIS ENTHUSIAST IN NEED OF NEWBIE DIY HELP!!

hello fellow members, should I mention first thread for me. Lol hoping to do a grow journal here shortly. But let's begin this first off by saying this is what has been done/made/bought.
My box : 21x21x48 inches Mylar reflective sheeting 2x 50cfm pic fans 1x 40gal rated topfin air pump with a brass t splitter for two buckets

**question: is this space big enough for two autoflowers? Reasoning?**

**question: how should my CFL light spectrum be spread out?**

My box stays anywhere from 67-74 Fahrenheit/40-45% humidity sound in check? I have a lack of vertical space that being said can I use 2 gallon buckets?what should water temperature be at?how do I control that?will be using a three part feed by cutting edge solutions unless told other wise? I have thousands of eager to be answered questions, I will be asking when the time to know comes. such as the growing part ,I don't even have seeds .lol please help I've been a spectator here for a while I know there's a lot of people wanting to help a hopeless guys like me haha but I have it set that I will succeed in providing my own herbs.
Last iffy question: I want enough just for me to smoke til the next batch is done if it take roughly 2 1/2 months til harvest then add another month? Or so for drying and curing so it takes 3 1/2 months to get that seed into my lungs. if I on average smoke 1.5grams a day I need to harvest 5.6oz in that grow box any means necessary in reason of course to get close to that goal and I need yalls help to do it through my trial and error.
Very HIGH expectations but I hope the best and expect the worst

5.6 zips in less then 24X24 and only 4' high?
You don't have room for 1 plant, let alone 2 if they have size to them....

You just might get your 6 zips by doing 6 small auto's like SUGAR MANGO RYDER from World of seeds! (I recommend this strain for your grow limits)
Nice strain for an auto. Great classic sour/sweet taste and the buzz is nice! (for an auto too) Nice small plant that hits over a zip each.
Remember that auto's can be fussy so the rule of "less is more" IS IN EFFECT!

1 gallon Plant Warrior pots and you could fit 9 in there! Might be a good idea so you can part with some to offset costs of beans and supplies!

Another would be to run photo's to 8 inch's and flip to flower. I would concentrate on Indica dominate or strait Indica's for that. Don't really want all that much stretch....With practice and the right strain, I can see as much as 200 grams per harvest in that space....
I used to SOG and it's doable. It would take time to master over the Auto's idea.

So - Auto's and have a smaller learning curve or SOG and get yields that are about the same but carry a longer learning period to actual dial-in....

Good luck

Man THANKS!! I posted that shit at 4:30 am no clue I'd wake up with a reply! First thread hype. Anyways I know it was a far far stretch to get that much I just can't figure out what size box is right for me but it's made so I'm not spending the money to make it bigger until I have a few good grows under my belt. How much a day on avg do you smoke , not sure how to tag or do anything yet but post lol

I was thinking scrog the hell out of some autos then I thought photoperiod but the two roughly needing to be the same size one take 2 months longer to grow for the same wait just easier on mistakes from what I've learned also does my equipment and temps sound in a descent ball park

Well, I would go the route I suggested with the auto's and the strain I listed! VERY simple! You'll have 9 working plants to yield around 11-12 zips your first try.....
Soil and if you use a 30 day precharged like, FFOF or HF. No nutrients for 28 days!
Time from seed is around 90 days. Water/feed only as needed.

SCROG on an Auto is not really very viable unless their full size auto's with 120 day+ run times (long veggers).

I hate answering CFL questions! I hate cfl's! I'll bet someone here knows cfl's FAR better then I do, so I'll defer from that.
Lets take a look at what you should need for that area in lighting, in my terms.
There are so many formula's floating around, not to mention the square inverse law..It'll make YOU'RE head spin...

So, for you, in my opinion. I wouldn't go below a 250w HPS.......your going to have to be aware of cooling needs with it.
This would be the rats ass for you because of the air cooled hood and all you would need for that is a bathroom vent fan for cheap and it'll do for a 250w!

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00RCC76R4?keywords=250 watt HPS&qid=1454602113&ref_=sr_1_9&sr=8-9

OR and I can say that an 8 bulb T5 HO in 2x2 would be nice - have to watch the heat again. Check on 1000 bulbs.com - I think I saw a nice one there for around 160.00

I'm not sure you can reach proper lumins per ft with CFL's and not pay the same in the end as you would for the above units that would last a lifetime other then bulbs......So in a sense your spending about the same each time you replace those CFL's vs just a 250w HPS.

Temps/RH sound fine!

Thanks, okay I will definitely check out those strains and do some research on them. As far as CFLs goes I'll steer a way a much as possible only thing that scares me is burn from the distance to the plants in a small box that's why I was going to go with CFL for that reason alone they wouldn't raise my temps much with out needing any extra equipment before my light of choice was the Mars hydro ll 400w veg/flow led for $185 but figured CFL was cheaper and could grab the parts from my local hardware store but I like the results of the mh and hps lights for sure! I'm also curious on what do do about when I go in the box to feed hearing explosions scare me away from those lights

I just bought the air pump for me doing Dwc and through the box away that's only reason I was not trying to grow with soil I didn't know if multiple wide pic pipes could be my bucket and put a net pot on top I'll go to soil if absolutely necessary but Ina tight wad and I have things in my list to get for when payday hits and I don't wanna buy the wrong stuff and don't want to do it the wrong way either trying to better this

SOG is the way for you and yields.

You'll really like the Sugar Mango Ryder......GREAT SOG auto! I mean put the seeds in and water/feed...that's it!

Come on bro, 12 zips (336gms) from a 2X2 is a good start and you'll do that first try (you should)....

9 - 1 gallon plant warrior pots. Should fit in your space. 250 w HID and your golden!
