I dunno about pills and weed about pain relieving as i've tried both. First, i've started medical weed, full official thing, with prescription and stuff, but for that moment it wasn't enough for me. Later i've started doing painkillers and it was a completely pain relief experience, but it''s side effects later did even worse that the pain they were treating. So i've switched back to medical weed. Maybe it's not that strong and effective, but it was less damaging for health.
