I cant get the kind of soil you guys have its the only soil (cow manure is mixed in it) available got it from local nursery (images attached) the white thing in soil is insect killer.

I can get coco peat tho but since i am in dry area it will dry fast i think.

Its 20 days old plant (after sprouting)
This is auto flower white widow
Climate. 80-109f . Humidity 18-25%

The online guides say it can take 12-24 weeks for grow but Everyone here have their plant very big in short time

Questions
1. is my Pot very small?

(Images attached )
Its about 7 inches tall and gets wide as 10 inches maybe 4 inches from bottom and goes wide as 10 inches .

2. Is there any way to boost the growth by using natural fertilisers?

Since its lockdown here i cant buy fertilisers here i read online i can use boiled banana peal water .

3. Any chance i can improve my soil with natural things?

Heard wood ash can be mixed with it but i cant get the type of wood i read in guides and how much ash i need ?

4. Even the growth is slow will it grow alright?
It shall take more time but it will grow.

2nd guess... Since they are in large pots .could be the roots continuing to grow to the bottom which cause more focus on root growth than plant growth?

Yeah this guy needs to get some fabric pots. And not black ones cuz its obviously hot and sunny as fuck where he is at. But honestly for 20 days, they are decent. Autos will always have more potential indoors, under 24 hours of light.

That is some really high heat. Sweet spot is about 78F but I’ve grown indoor with temps at 80-82F. Where are you located that it’s so freaking hot!

And that soil does need some perlite in it to allow more oxygen to the roots. Add peat and perlite and you should see a big difference.

Can't you get perlite?
If not, you'd be better off with coco than the stuff you have.
What do you mean by cocopeat? It's either coco or peat moss......unless it's already mixed together.
It says coco peat ( coconut coi) peat moss is dif and i can get it too so shall i mix them? What % shall i mix them

I think good combination would be
Coco + peat + soil With cow manure? what do u think?

Horrible idea......soil and coco have different pH requirements for good nutrient uptake.
Just use coco.....no peat moss......no soil.......no cow manure.
