Not everyone likes living in their country (no im not american and you still have obama) and some people dont like society and having a job they dislike and only do it to make ends meet and going through constant political bullshit and lieing so....
Lets say you gather tons of pot smokers that want to get in on this, have them invest a billion or X amount of money, and you buy a private island or an island from a counrty, big enough to fit quite a few people and hemp fields, and just grow hemp for export to get money or trade for other goods like building materials, you wouldn't need to form a huge "government", police force, banks, etc. all youd need is a hospital, port (airport if far from land), school system which would be as good or better, glass blowing factory (could also be turned into an export) and whatever else i cant think of right now.
Now i know this is fucking huge and would take tons of time and a lot more planning and i dont think it will happen but maybe if i inspire someone it could definitely be possible.
You can pretty much imagine us as the land of weed if you lived there and all youd have to do is grow hemp for a living and do whatever you want.
P.S. Id only vote to legalize weed, alcohol (but that could change), mdma (limited dose and dose per month), lsd, and most of the psychedelics/hallucinogens on earth

1: How much money for an Island that can legalize Cannabis.
2: How many people would do this? (dont get your hopes up at all)
