Can't control this root rott

AG 6 with bagseed, 2 weeks in with nutrients, 4x24cfl's, 4 plants. It looks like root rott is really getting at all of the plants. The growth has slowed down, the roots are turning light brown and the leaves are forming spots and curling and dying. I've tried hydrogen peroxide but so far no luck to reverse it. I think that extra light is getting into the reservoir via the pods themselves. If I look inside I can see a little light coming from where there's extra room in the pod, I'm not exactly sure how to fix this.

Just bleached everything and sprayed the roots with hydrogen peroxide. I also swapped out the nutrient water with a ph-ed hydrogen peroxide (1 cup) to 1 gallon water mix, no nutrients. Looks like 1 plant in the back hasn't taken too well about it. I want to go ahead and order some cannazyme to prevent this from happening again.
