cant decide on light

Kind of want to use a 200w compact florescent to keep heat down, but wasn't sure if a 150w hps would provide better yields or not. Any opinions, this is in a 2ftx2ftx4ft box and haven't decided what to do for ventilation yet.

If I had to choose, I'd take the 150 hps.
