Looks like bug damage. Most likely thrips. The best way to get rid or them is monterey garden insect spray or something with spinosad in it. 9 weeks in flower is probably a little late to spray them with anything, if you have plants in veg you can treat those for now.

yea, undersides of leaves. microscopic. get some habeneros and make a tea with 4-8 habeneros, puree into a pint of water, heat to a simmer for 20 minutes (dont boil it) filter out the pulp and spray on your plants thoroughly while lights are out. wash your buds when you harvest or wash while theyre growing. id just do a water cure after treating with pepper spray since its this far into flower

okay then where do i find the bugs?
They're tiny, hard to see and adults can fly. Easiest way i found them was to put a piece of panda film down black side up and give the plant/branch a shake. The larvae are a yellowish color so the darker and smoother the surface the easier it'll be to see them. A microscope or magnifying glass would be useful also.

complete murder. doesnt harm the plants normally but you're late into flower so have a fan blowing on them after you spray (not while cuz youll end up breathing the stuff in and itll hurt your lungs. wear a cloth over your mouth and glasses while spraying). but yea as you are probably aware if you foliar anything right now you have to look out for bud rot but id spray them anyway. itd be gross to have the insects on and alive after harvesting. spray every 3-7 days normally if you were vegging but thatd be too frequent at this stage, maybe every 10 if you're still ripening by then
