You don't really wanna be spraying anything on your buds. Do you have a pest problem?
I have a very minor mite problem nothing too crazy. But after doing some research I found out its safe for use in flower. I doubt I use it very often, but I like having a variety to use in my arsenal. Especially since some of my homemade sprays make me nervous to spray in flower. Capt Jacks is cheap and pretty effective though.

Spinosad? Yea its safe. Just don't soak it down and don't spray more than a couple times.
Do it at lights on so they have time to dry.
You can add it to your water for systemic action.
