Carbon filter odor control question

I am going to start a grow box project, by converting a huge chest of drawers in to a grow area. My question is would it be a problem if I had a carbon filter on my air flow comming in and one on the exaust. Scent control is going to be my main problem because I rent my house.

Waste of money. Just buy a high flow hepa filter if you want clean intake, way cheaper. The fact is the ONLY way to control odor is to have a big enough exhaust to keep low pressure in the cab and ALL the air with odor going through the filter.

Thanks guys it will be air tight, there will be an Ionic breeze in the room, and the exaust is bigger than the intake. Do you think I will have a problem with odor? Also I will be using an indica donimant strain that has a fairly neutral smell.

As long as the only air exiting the box is going through a good carbon filter you will have no odor issues

dude, I started a project with this book case I found and I am stuck with ventilation. i think I want to use PC fans and only drill holes in the back. Doesn't look hard, just dont want to drill a hole in the wrong effin places. lol
