carbon filter rolls?

Hey all,
Getting to be about time to add some odor control, and im looking for opinions and advice. Im running small almost passive setup that holds at about 78 degrees with 2 small pc fans.

I was considering trying out these https://www.mcmaster.com/#air-filter-rolls/=150da2i but im not sure about how restrictive a merv 6 rated filter would be on my air flow. My hope is that with the fans running full time this filter would be basically just eliminating nuisance odors, or is that wishful thinking?

hmm I'm not familiar those those carbon pad things. I've had alot of success with the wolfman zen diy pencil holder filters though . They end up being around 10-15$ each. I use several of them in my setups.
