Just curious to see how many others have tried growing this strain. I aquired a cut from a dispensary 4 or 5 months ago and turned it into a mother. I am just harvesting her clones over the next week or so. Here is a pic of the one plant that i have cut so far. I would say the casey jones is probably about 80/20 sativa dominant. However it did grow golf ball like nugs on her long stretchy branches. She also probably tripled her size when she was flipped to 12/12. Anyways here she is.
Still need to do a bit more trimming on these nugs after they dry a little more.
Tastes great. I can actually taste the sour diesel and the trainwreck in it. And i think the casey jones is an accurate representation of a cross of these strains. Very Stinky in flower, nugs are of medium density, not too airy, but also not rock hard. The smell is also very unique and tasty. And thats smoking it before it has cured. One little bowl and i am flying high.
