i was thinking of a 4x4 room how many cob cxb3070 would i need in there vs cxb 3950. and how many watts would it be i want to make 4 heatsinks 4"long each and 4 cobs cxb 3070 for each heat sink. is that enough or should i use 5 cxb 3070's?
