centipedes

dug over new grow smot on weeked was suprised to see lots of cenipedes in medium. does anyone know if they cause harm to wour plants maybe festing on the roots? been reading up on them on wikipedia says they are preditors will feest on worms and spiders it didnt really say anythinh about damage too plants, and that they sweat ammonia whiich is a nitrogen.
any1 had any experiances or got any more knowledge bout them i still a tad bit skepticcal bout planting in it but say it would be right

theres a few soiless mixes ive used that have little centepedes in them...killer little preditors...perfectly harmless to plants with beneficial hunting of pests...
