Cerebrel High

Can anyone explain the term cerebrel high to me, and what type of pot gives this high?

sativa's give a upper kind of high where as indica's give that feeling that you weigh 1000lbs. or couchlock as i say. if you buy seeds try to get a seed that has the mix you want cause you can get ratios such as (sativa/indica) 90/10 80/20 70/30 60/40 and so on. the disadvantag is the more sativa genetics that are in the plant the longer it takes to flower and also sativas get big like a christmas tree if you dont do it right
