Cfl and heat question

If I have a setup in a room that stays kinda chilly in the winter, How do you get some warmth in the box if Im using 23 watt CFL's?

i like to use my heated propagator if i need that little bit extra heat but you can get ur hands on a greenhouse heating tube if ya need more

They make a small heater-fan that I found at walmart. It works reallly nice. It's got coils in front of the fan that heat up and the fan blows the hot air around. Depending on what temps you are trying to achieve you could always just add a few more lights around the plant...which also depends on your setup.
