sorry guys...

basically we had to move the girls and the cabinet into another room due to security issues, as well as purchase a Carbon can filter and fan. The can seems to be working to control the smell but the fan is quite loud. Anyone got any ideas on a muffler system or dampener?

The mother Cabinet is full of all our supplies now, and the scrog Cabinet is in the other Corner. With both Cabinets in the same room we will be able to scrub all the odour out of the room.

Anyways have a great week.... Since the screen was 3/4 full, we put the girls into Flower as well. So the good pics are soon to come!!

Yes we made that hood. Basically it is 2 4 banger bathroom fixtures wired with 2 single fixtures, and then I had a tin basher make me the reflector. So a 1X4 frame with 10 bulb sockets and a reflective metal hood over top!! I hope you like it!! Any more questions feel free to ask.

Any one know how we can quiet down the sound the carbon filter fan makes from sheer air flow? I was hoping someone might have an idea on a muffler??
Any way we are gonna try a few things too.

out of everything I have read you might try a fan speed control & run it at a lower rpm rate. the other option that I know of is to invest in a sound supression piece, I saw them somewhere online. it reminds me of a muffler.
crap, wonder if you could just buy motorcycle baffles & some extra wrap to take up slack & put it in the duct. my bike had no baffles when I got it, it now has baffles. might be worth a shot as they aren't expensive.

Damn very impressive cab!!

As far as the noise, what about something to cover up the sound. "like a fish tank." Just a though if there isn't a way to muffle the sound..

Thanks every one for the positive and helpful information. We think we might try the muffler idea and see how that works.

Thanks for the comments guys!!

The difference in this grow from our first is very noticable!! We have had to move the res way down in order to allow more roomn for the flower. These girls REALLY like the Cabinet!! Any way we hope to get some more pictures up later this week.
