As far as harvest goes, on a first grow I would expect to get between .5-.75 grams per watt. So with that light you're looking at about 187.5 grams wet. You lose roughly 75% of weight during the dry which comes out to 46 grams dried. On a good day.
I would guess you'll get 1.5 oz. If you want more, you'll need more light. That's why I run 2,600 watts in my flower tent.

Can I do this or is it pointless . It's a 75 watt led . Can't hang it from above so the side will have to do ? Will it even help ? CheersGood deal.

Not pointless at all. So long as its lighting more of the plant up its definitely helping.
No worries . I'm gonna turn the plant every 6 hours . So twice when the lights on . Just to give it that extra light through the lower growth. Coz the bottom of my plant is looking dodgy . Had a few leafs fall off too the other day about 6 in all. People on here said it was from lack of light to the lower leafs.
