'yes im a ganja planter'
its enough for seedling stage as the plant grows you will need more ive read that some users use 6 for each plant the only problem im having with having alot of cfls is configuring a circuit for them

ya...but ur gonna need wayyy more than that if you wanna flower.... i used 13 26w warm white and still wasn't satisfied with the results....not until i picked up my 250w hps.... usually flowering is anywhere from 6-15weeks, strain dependent. usually a good range is 8-10 weeks.

you should have a lot more that 1100 lumens for 75 watts of cfl. burning 20watts will give you around 1200 lumens

What youve never bought a light bulb before? No you cant just grow a plant under a desk lamp, you need more than 1 lamp

you could grow a small plant under a 45watt cfl. as long as it is 45watts and not an equivalent of 45watts of incandescent which some people get mixed up with. i have no idea why as incandescent is no good for growing.

heres a photo of 1 lowryder#2 grown under 1x 20watt cfl producing 1200 initial lumens. nothing fancy and gave up a quarter ounce of potent, dry, cured bud. practically free

60 days actually. but my example point wasnt the time it took it was the fact that it is posible to grow 1 plant with 1 lamp. im not saying all you need is one plant and 20watts. im just replying to the speach of 'What youve never bought a light bulb before? No you cant just grow a plant under a desk lamp, you need more than 1 lamp'

heres a photo of 10 plants grown under 1 lamp

and 1 mother plant under 2x20watt bulbs

see, they do grow

Seeding / Cloneing = 10w Cool White CFL light bulb
Veg = at least 60w per plant but increase the amount of light for your plant by the hight and growth

personally i wouldn't want to use just 10watts on seedlings as i would get some stretching and 60watts per plant? well, it depends how big the plants are. i would aim for at least 40 watts per square foot of canopy for the final yield to be worth the hassle. the more the better obviously and you could grow with less but you would get a very small amount of bud

i didnt put any time and effort in. that was grown on a table because all my cabs were full.

not everyone can go big, thats kinda the point with autos. going big is a waste of space anyway. you are better off packing in more small plants than fewer larger plants. thats just comment sense. have a few large plants take ages to veg, thats a waste of time. i think its just being lazy.

see, will all have our little preferences and opinions
