cfl lighting question

I currently have a 4 bank t5 for my veg tent. I have 2, 200w 2700k cfl lights just sitting doing nothing. Can I ad them to my veg room or will it be a waste since it is not the right spectrum for veg? Thanks in advance.....

I'd go ahead and add them, I find plants do best under mixed spectrum weather its budding or vegging.
