CFL Question

Hi

I am running a 250w CFL on 24h whilst vegging. I also have a 400w HPS.. I am reluctant to leave the HPS on when Im not in the house and was wondering if switching the HPS on and off during vegging (obviously CFL will be on 24h) will affect the plants.. worried it might trigger flower cycle...

any help would be appreciated.

only way its gonna trigger flower is if you turn them off for 12 hours. the hps wont hurt anything unless heat is an issue more light is fine
