CFL vs 175W MH

I read all the time on here about 400w and 600w. I don't have them yet but I do have 175W Mh.
Even with the lower wattage am I better off with 175W MH or 200W CFL?

The MH will have twice the punch of the CFL even with the lower wattage rating. Go MH.
