CFL Wardrobe Cabinet

hey guys i posted in the outdoor section, but wanted to show off my Cabinet I finished a few weeks ago. Incase someone needed some ideas.
note: this cabinet is strictly for pre growing/veging for the outdoor season.
Each section is 30" tall, I have 6 - 26watt cfls in the top section, with passive intake and a 4" computer fan as the exhaust. As well as 2 3" computer fans blowing the air around inside. The larger fan isnt used I took it out after the pictures. I also still have to finish the bottom half, but I havent needed it yet. Give me some input if you see ways I can improve the set up. I was thinking of switching to 36" T5's...

How big is the grow space for your veg?
(to determine your lumens/foot ratio)

what's a lumen? that has to do with how bright light appears to humans. cannabis has no eyes. now.......a potato...........

Thanks guys, the Cabinet is 38" x 21" and each space is 30" high. I do have a small heat problems, stays at 82 when I have everything on. Thats one reason I was thinking of switching to T5 lights. Also my other solution Im planning on doing it replacing the 4" computer fan and run a single 4" Can Fan to both spaces with a carbon filter on it.

Well I did some more work on the cabinet today. Transplanted the strongest 17 clones into 1 Gal pots (top level). Also purchased 2 duel bulb 36" T5 lights installed those on the bottom level for the extra seedlings and clones. I ran out of energy today so Ill finish the bottom half off tomorrow with proper fans and chains for the lights to be at a proper hight. Have to get a few more 1 gal pots.
