what kind of cfl bulbs (spectrum,size,how many) would be best to keep say a 3-4ft momma good and healthy??? the space is is say 16 sq. feet. HELP PLEASE!!!

Day light(6500k) or full spectrum(5500k). 25 watts per cubic foot would be good. So about 100 watts.

would it hurt to use both 5600 and 6500 cfl's for vegging?????
