Chances of getting through airport security with medicine...

I'm against body scans purely because I believe less radiation is better than more radiation, but wonder...

Say I felt like taking a silly risk and tried concealing some of my girlfriend's legal medicine up my [you know what], and traveled two flights to get all the way across the US; would it be more likely I'd get pinched if I went the pat down route, or the body scan route?

If you're in a medicinal state, and going to another medicinal state, you should be ok to have her carry it, as long as she has her paperwork. If you're really worried about it, check the laws, then contact airport security to double check. I wouldn't try to smuggle anything onto the plane, that's asking to be arrested.

I'm all for smuggling your own supply across the border, my wife and I took a trip to canada a few years back and smuggled some pot through. They didn't know about it, and we made sure to smoke it all before we crossed the other way.

In retrospect, probably not the smartest thing we've done, but we were young.

And very dumb, lol.

I like to act dumb now and then, but only when there are no repercussions.

Either A) Mail it to yourself triple vacuum sealed cleverly disguised in a package (teddy bear, box of holiday pop corn, hell even just wrapped in wrapping paper like a present), only use USPS (they need a search warrant to open your mail), if you can get it to fit in a standard priority or express envelope even better as this blends in alot better than a random box B) put it in your check in bags cleverly concealed inside if a pill bottle etc C) If you wanna get really clever get some hash flatten that shit out as flat as you can and put it in your stow away bag and press it to the bottom of the shoe looking like you stepped in some nasty tar etc.

Assuming you are going through major airports I wouldn't risk it. Easier/safer ways to do it. Also just to refresh everyone memory, however you do it, this is felony drug trafficking.

Idea A is probably your best bet if you are unwilling to just drive it there. However I don't really feel that trojaning is necessary for small amounts <=oz. Though that is purely at your discretion. Beware of where you package it, at no time should packaging materials be in a room where loose medicine is stored or smoke. Wear clean cloths when handling and bath obsessively beforehand to remove any residue from your skin. Gloves should be worn at all time when handling loose medicine and discarded frequently. Gloves are cheap, giving drug dogs a chance is not.

Grinding the medicine and rolling it into cigarets can help keep the package small and will give it a standard size throughout (lumpy packages/letters are a flag). Do not use things like coffer or dryer sheets to "mask" the smell. It does not stop dogs from smelling and it alerts customs (how many packages smell like fucking dryer sheets and coffee). Labeling it as confidential or do not x-ray is also asking for trouble. Use printed labels and at least use fake names that don't sound fake. fakenamegenerator.com can help you there. If anyone tries to get you to sign for the package then simply refuse to accept it. If it is a CD then they will practically shove it down your throat but just keep refusing to accept it. Remember cops can and do lie.

Remember that your biggest goal is to make it blend in with as much legal mail as possible. Unless it is suspicious there is little chance that customs will be a problem.

you smuggld bud into canada? i think that may be a first. why not just buy it here, probly would have saved some money just buying it in canada

Honestly everytime I've been flying I've never been searched. Everytime I think to myself "if I were to have smuggled weed I would have gotten away with it, hell screw smuggling i can prob just put it in my pocket". As long as it doesn't smell and your not handling bombs before hand you would prb be alright. I puss out for that what "but what if" factor tho.

It seemed easier at the time to bring what we had, rather then try to find someone to buy from. Probably should have just bought it up there, but then you're opening a whole new can of worms

airport security is a whole different thing. It is super illegal and they have drug dogs walking around lax on the regular. On the other hand, I have brought about 5 grams, a small piece and two brownies to fl one time, my backpack was searched for a bomb at security check, and they didnt even say shit. weird. It is def a federal offense, you are going to other states, which is considered trafficking im pretty sure.

One time, I was visiting my dad down in florida and I was like 15. We were packing up my stuff to go back home and we checked my bags, to find about a quarter of weed in one of the pockets that my mom had left there from a previous trip she had taken. Me and my dad got super high that night before I left. We wernt about to risk flying it back again.

This is not true, most all states won't recognize other states mmj policy.
